The 5k run will be 2 laps of the course, the 7.5K will be the usual 3 laps.

On race day registration will open at 7.00pm and close promptly at 7.50pm to allow for the race briefing etc.

This event is run entirely by volunteers and as with all SLSC events we are always in need of volunteers to help us make our events safe and fun. Being an SLSC volunteer is a great way to meet new people, put names to faces at the Lido and generally have a good time. If you can spare an hour or two on race days please do come and help our Aquathlon Team with time-keeping and marshalling the run route.
