Welcome coffee mornings
We hold several tea and coffee mornings a year. This is an opportunity to meet fellow members, learn more about the Club and the Lido and find out how to get involved.
If you are new to cold water swimming, long-standing winter swimmers will be there to share ideas and best practice for safe winter swimming and safe post-swim warm up to help you enjoy the cold water pool safely.
Come and meet some of the people who keep the Club’s wheels turning.
Date for the next drop in meeting:
Once a year, we meet as a Club to elect new Committee members, approve our accounts and discuss issues key to the future of the Club. This year, our Annual General Meeting is on Saturday 28 March in the Pavilion. In advance of the AGM we’re holding three drop in sessions to discuss anything you might want to ask in advance of the Meeting in a less formal setting. The next one is:
- Sunday 22nd March, 11:00 – 12:00 at the Pavillion
New members’ coffee mornings.
- Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April, 10-11am. Come and meet old and new members over tea, coffee and cake. There will be a pop-up shop of SLSC “merch”. Homemade bakes very welcome.
