Remembering Nicola Woolman – mass aqua aerobics event

SLSC will be holding a mass aqua aerobics event to celebrate Nicola Woolman’s life.

A fabulous and inclusive Zumba teacher and aqua aerobics instructor, Nicola died on 5 July 2026. She has left us too soon. Many people will have known of, or seen, Nicola putting us through our dance moves and aqua aerobic sessions at Tooting Bec Lido since 2014.

It was always Nicola’s ambition to hold a record breaking event so, in tribute to her, we invite you to join us on Saturday 5 September at 5pm, when we will attempt to get as many people as possible to join us in a 30 minute aqua aerobic session in the Lido. We are hoping to beat the record of 285 people!

In order to assess how many people will take part, we ask you to book a ticket below. The £2 charge will be donated to Nicola’s family’s chosen charity, the Eve Appeal. If you would like to donate more use this link.
