Want to improve your front crawl or learn a new stroke like Butterfly? Join our swim stroke clinic, covering the four major strokes for you to get all those muscles working.

  • Every 3 weeks we’ll focus on a different stroke.
  • Alternatives available if you have injury or mobility issues.
  • This is not a training session – it’s all about stroke development, skills and drills to help you improve.
  • Adults only (18+)
